I didn't know the murderer until the end. Good book, wonder if she took Dashell name from the Errell Gardner books. He' so smart. Can't wait to read more of her books.
Not predictable, lots of energy. Good dog advice and understanding. The main character is believable and interesting. Not a deep book but very entertaining.
Enjoyable read. I recommend it. The dog Dash adds a good touch and doesn't take over the story line. I will add her to my list of excellent mystery story tellers.

Great murder mystery, intriguing plot on how forgiving yourself or not shadows your life and others. The lies we tell snowball, preventing forgiveness. The dog is a great partner.
This is an author whose writing I enjoy. It is rather on the light side but fun.
I love Rachel Alexander. She is a funny, smart, NY Jewish detective that works with her pit bull. This series mixes my two favorite things -- detective/mystery books and dogs. It is done so well that I just could not put it down. Can't wait for the next book.
